Yeah, a bit of a surprise. They were 5th overall in fWAR in 1982. Floyd Bannister and Jim Beattie were top-15. Gaylord Perry was 34th. The starting staff was 10th, the bullpen 2nd. Bill Caudill ranked second among relievers behind Goose Gossage.
